Let me take you back the days I’ve not lived my vision as a mama..
Eight years ago, my motherhood journey felt anything but balanced.
After having my third baby, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life — I left my career as a nurse. A job I loved deeply. I thought that by staying home I would finally feel present, fulfilled, and happy again.
But I didn’t. I felt lost.
Motherhood started to feel like a blur of nappies, guilt, mess, exhaustion — and losing myself. I tried filling the void by taking courses, volunteering, trying new projects… hoping something would make me feel alive again. But I only burned myself out even more.
I didn’t just feel tired — I felt resentful. Guilty. Questioning my worth as a woman and as a mother.
Then the pandemic hit — and for the first time, everything became painfully clear.
Looking back, all my struggles came down to 3 things:
I had no clear vision for my family or how to lead my home.
My days had no structure or healthy routines.
I never prioritised my own needs — I always came last.

Mama, once I faced these truths — and finally decided to change — my life began to transform. Not because I became a perfect Pinterest mum (I’m not). But because I began living with purpose.
Today, as a mum of 5, I feel grounded in my role. I have clarity in my day. I don’t chase perfection — I chase meaning.
And this is why I became a holistic health & life coach for mums — to help women like you reclaim that same peace, purpose and presence… without waiting for life to force you to change.
You don’t need a global crisis to wake you up.
You just need to admit that what you’re doing right now is no longer working — and take one courageous step toward something better.

1. I was born in Somalia , grew up in Egypt & Spent most of my teen and adult life in Australia—my roots and upbringing have shaped so much of who I am today.
2. My kids call me the “ cool mama”, and honestly, it’s one of my favourite compliments!
3. I’m all about fun—it’s contagious! If we hang out, you’re guaranteed to catch the vibe and enjoy yourself.
4. I have the biggest sweet tooth! I’m always craving something sweet but try to balance it out with fruits and healthy snacks.
5. Deep breathing and a warm cup of herbal tea are my go-to remedies for tough days.
6. I love reading so much that my friends used to call me a nerd (and I proudly wear that title!).
7. I’m a talker—always have been! Blogging & podcasting became my way of sharing all the thoughts I can’t keep inside.
8. My family means everything to me—they are my top priority , no matter what.
9. I find peace in the calm, soothing atmosphere of the forest—it’s my little slice of serenity.
